1. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our Europe. Depending on stock location, items may ship from countries such as France, Germany, or Poland.

2. Shipping Destinations

Europe: We prioritize fast shipping across the EU, with typical delivery times of 1–2 weeks depending on the destination.

Worldwide: We also ship globally. Delivery times outside Europe vary by destination and customs procedures.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all orders.

4. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive tracking information when your order is shipped.

5. Delivery Times

Europe: 1–2 weeks (estimated).

Non-European destinations: Delivery may take longer depending on the destination country, local postal services, and customs.

6. Customs and Duties

EU customers: Prices include VAT, and no additional customs duties apply within the EU.

Non-EU customers: You may be responsible for import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by your country. These are not included in the item price and must be paid upon delivery.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Bimmer-Gear is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@bimmer-gear.com. We will work with the courier to investigate and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become active.
